Working to make sure our customer's needs are met

This Aliso Viejo home had major storm damage.  We arrived to get the home cleaned out and begin the water mitigation services.  Our crew noticed one of the doors that is used to enter the home was completely shattered.  The customer said it was nothing to worry about.  They would fix it eventually.  Our crews know the dangers of leaving a window in this condition.  There are safety hazards but also the unfortunate presence of those in our community who would take advantage of those openings and use them to loot a home. We immediately boarded up the window for the safety of all.
