Water damage in bathroom

In Laguna Beach, this homeowner discovered a corroded water pipe joint. This joint began to drip ad eventually was spewing water all over the floor and cabinet area.  The homeowner had a plumber in to rectify the issue and then called us for restoration services.

When SERVPRO of Laguna Beach arrived we were able to get the area cleared out quickly.  WE removed all the damaged sheet rock and cabinetry.  Then we set up the proper drying equipment including a dehumidifier. After the correct amount of drying time we ensured the damaged area was completely dry by taking new moisture readings.  Following the completing of the drying process we then ensured the reconstruction of the vanity and toilet area was complete.
