Wind Damaged Roof is Leaking

Dana Hills, CA Home Has Wind Damage

Shingles from the roof blew off along the eaves of this home which then caused a leak. The water from rain and storms leaked into the roof and soaked the insulation in the attic. The homeowners didn't notice until they saw the discoloration along the ceiling.

Removal Process of Damaged Drywall

In order to be free of the mold and damaged materials we needed to tear out the ceiling and part of the walls. It looks like a flood cut but in reverse. The roof was fixed and the walls were dried and prepped for repairs.
