Rebuilding a Room after Mold Damage

How do you know if you have mold damage?

Damage to homes is usually caused by water damage. If your home continues to stay wet over 24 hours then there is a good possibility of mold growth.

Mold uses sporulation on air currents to spread their spores. We cannot use air movement on a water damage if there is visible mold growth. If we see visible signs of fungus or black mold we will tear out the materials under containment. The containment keeps the mold from spreading to other areas of the home.

The air movers and dehumidifiers can be used after the mold is removed and there isn't a chance of mold contamination.
